Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the atx250x platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are advised not to continue using the platform.

Account Creation & Security
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use atx250x services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. atx250x will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the atx250x support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the atx250x platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Providing false information during registration or in any transaction.
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised method to exploit the system.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or bet results.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the applicable promotional terms.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
Atx250x reserves the right to take appropriate action — including suspending, restricting, or terminating the account of any user found to be in breach of these rules — without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the atx250x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and not linked to any unlawful activity. atx250x reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of identity verification and review.
Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method and any promotions applied. All withdrawal requests are subject to applicable rollover requirements if a bonus has been claimed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Atx250x is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, users must contact the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Suspension & Closure
Atx250x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, terms violations, or upon request from a competent authority. Any remaining account balance at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with prevailing internal policy, subject to any ongoing investigation.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the atx250x platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
